What we collect
- Your email, so we can deliver a draft or report and reply about that purchase.
- Brief text you submit, so we can produce the draft.
- Free page check: the web address you type is fetched once to read that page. We do not keep the result. Your IP address is held in server memory for about a minute to limit how often the check can be used.
- Paid site audit: your email and the web address you ask us to audit, a payment reference from Stripe, the order status, and the report PDF, which is stored in a private Google Cloud Storage location. The report is not public. It is opened only with a private link sent to you after we approve it.
- Waitlist and purchase-recovery forms: your email and what you type in the form, the page you came from, any campaign tags in the link, and your browser's user agent.
- Payment data is handled by Stripe. Launchfiles does not store card numbers. We keep the payment records that go with an order.
- In production, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (gtag) for page views and product events. That script is not loaded outside production.
Who handles it for us
Stripe (payments), Google (Analytics 4, and Cloud Storage for audit report files), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Paid site audit: the web address, your email, and the report are kept 12 months after delivery, then deleted.
- Payment records: kept 10 years, as French accounting law requires.
- Anything else we hold about you (for example a waitlist sign-up or an email you sent to support): kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights and deletion requests
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact support: socials@launchfiles.app. Say which email you used. We may have to keep payment records for the period above even if you ask us to delete the rest. If you are in France, you can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).
