Right of withdrawal (EU and French consumers)
If you buy as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of purchase, without giving a reason. For a digital service, the law allows that right to be lost once the service has been fully performed, but only if you asked us to start before the 14 days were over and expressly agreed to that beforehand. We treat a withdrawal request within 14 days as valid unless you have given that agreement. For the site audit, checkout asks you to tick a box saying you want us to start now and that you understand the right ends once the report has been fully delivered, and we do not take the order without that tick. The right of withdrawal does not apply to professional buyers, that is, purchases made for your business or profession. The refund promises on this page apply in addition and do not reduce your legal rights.
Site audit
A site audit is refunded in full if we cannot read the site after payment, if we reject the report, or if nothing is delivered within 48 hours.
Credit packs and workspace plans
Sign-in and workspace access are invite-only. Credit packs and workspace plans require an invite.
