Read /.well-known/mcp.json for tool inventory. Public free tools (design UX, search repair teaser, deployment trust) may be called without a bearer. Workspace tools require Authorization: Bearer. No anonymous publish, deploy, send, free-form spend, or gate-bypass tools.
